Pre-Order Policy

By placing an order on the Aurora Direct website, you are agreeing to the below Pre-Order policy.

A Pre-Order is an order placed for an item/s that hasn’t been realised or is currently not in stock. Pre-Orders are shipped to the customer once available. Pre-Orders allow customers to order products before they are available.

  1. Payment in full is required for all Pre-Order items.
  2. Pre-Orders are estimated to be shipped within 6 -12 weeks once your order is placed. Current ETA will be stated on product page.
  3. Shipping delays can occur resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
  4. All Pre-Order dates are not guaranteed as delays may occur. We will notify you by email of any delays and advise new estimated shipping times.
  5. All Pre-Orders are considered final once you place your order and payment is received.
  6. Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled once you place your order and payment is received.

  8. Once Pre-Order item/s have arrived at our facility, your order will be processed via the shipping method you selected at the time of placing your order.   9. Placing an order and making payment makes you bound by this Pre-Order Policy terms and conditions and any other relevant Terms and conditions on the Aurora Direct Website.
